Orders & Availability

Custom Orders

Custom grazing boards, boxes, tables, and event services may require advance notice and consultation. Final designs may vary slightly based on seasonal availability and ingredient sourcing.

Payment Terms

Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure an order or event booking. Payment schedules will be outlined during the booking process.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Orders canceled within 72 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

• Event deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery & Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.

Board & Boujee is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Traffic

• Weather conditions

• Incorrect addresses

• Circumstances beyond our control

Food Allergies

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing an order. Board & Boujee cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Product Care

Food products should be refrigerated when appropriate and consumed within recommended timeframes. Board & Boujee is not responsible for products that are improperly stored after delivery or pickup.
